Are your products brand new?
Yes — all furniture and mattresses are brand new, sealed, and delivered directly from our UK warehouses. We occasionally offer cancelled order or ex-display deals, which are unused and fully inspected (you will be alerted if that is the case).
Can I see real customer reviews?
We are building verified reviews through Trustpilot. So please go ahead and add your reviews.
Are the product photos accurate?
Yes — we ensure all images are edited to be as accurate as possible.
However, they may not be 100% exact due to lighting and screen differences.

Do your products require assembly?
Some items may require light assembly such as attaching legs or connecting sofa sections. Any assembly required will be clearly stated in the product description.

Who handles your deliveries?
Deliveries are handled by a professional UK two-person furniture delivery service specialising in handling sofas, mattresses, and large items.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes — express delivery is available in many areas depending on stock and postcode.
- Standard delivery: 3–10 days
- Express delivery: 1–3 days (where available)
Will my order be brought inside?
Yes — all orders come with two person delivery including:
– Bringing items into your home
– Placement in your chosen room – Careful handling throughout the process
Can you deliver up stairs or to flats with no lift?
Yes — in most cases. Please inform us of any access restrictions so the delivery team can plan accordingly.
Do I get a delivery time slot?
Yes — you will receive:
A booking message for your delivery day
A 2–4 hour window
Updates from the delivery team on the day
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes — simply contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window.
What is your returns policy?
You may return your order within 14 days if it’s unused, in its original condition, and in suitable packaging.
A collection fee may apply depending on your postcode and item size.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged or wrong:

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly
What if the item doesn’t fit?
Please check measurements before ordering.
If the item doesn’t fit through your door, hallway or stairs, we can arrange a collection, but a collection fee will apply.
