You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
2. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Our 30-day return policy extends this right.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Condition of Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging where possible
5. Return Costs
- Return shipping is free for all customers.
- Original delivery charges are refunded (excluding premium services).
- Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the issue
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
8. Exclusions
Some items may be excluded from returns, including:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable
