  • Original delivery charges are refunded (excluding premium services).
  • Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the issue

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

8. Exclusions

Some items may be excluded from returns, including:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable
