1. Delivery Locations
We deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Delivery to non-mainland, remote, or hard-to-reach areas may be subject to additional charges or extended delivery times. Where applicable, any additional costs will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed with you before delivery is arranged.
2. Delivery Service (Two-Person Delivery)
All UK mainland orders include free two-person delivery, which covers:
- Delivery of items into your home
- Placement in your chosen room
- Careful handling of goods throughout the delivery process
In most cases, we can deliver to upper floors or flats without a lift.
Please inform us of any access restrictions (stairs, narrow hallways, parking limitations) at the time of ordering so the delivery team can plan accordingly.
3. Delivery Charges

- Free delivery is provided to UK mainland addresses
- Delivery costs (where applicable) are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before payment is taken
- All deliveries are handled by a professional UK-based two-person furniture delivery service specialising in sofas, mattresses, and large furniture items
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
- Standard delivery: 3–10 working days
- Express delivery: 1–3 working days (where available, subject to stock and postcode)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and courier scheduling.
You will receive:
- A delivery booking message confirming the delivery date
- A 2–4 hour delivery window
- On-the-day updates from the delivery team
5. Large Item Deliveries
Some items are delivered by specialist furniture couriers due to size and weight.
Customers must ensure:
- Clear and safe access to the delivery location
- Someone is present to receive the delivery
If access is restricted or unsafe, delivery may not be completed and re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Missed delivery appointments
- Inadequate access
- Incorrect delivery information
Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect all items upon delivery.
Any visible damage or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence where possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
8. Risk & Ownership

- Responsibility for goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery
- Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
